Convenient central location, but service at the restaurant was too slow. 🕒

a fully equipped hotel with a good restaurant and good food.

I found our room charming although small (we had a budget room). The decor was like sunshine and the bathroom was excellent.

The only thing I would have changed was the bed. Although it was not uncomfortable it could have been better and was a bit small for two people but doable.

The room I stayed in was an upgraded brand-new standard king room with a balcony, and its location made it convenient to visit the Ibis brasserie nearby.

Kindness of the hotel staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Quitness inside and around the hotel.

You should install a shower cabin in the bathroom (water on the floor after a shower in the bath.

I choose the hotel because it had a restaurant and a small garden. When we arrived neither were accessable. The small inner courtyard which could be nice is not maintained and ill weeds growing everywhere. We weren't allowed to sit there to have a drink. The only place where we could have a drink was in the small area in front of the reception. Not ideal when travelling with a two year old. Got fed up, took the car and drove to Colmar to have a drink and dinner. Not what I had planned after a full day driving.

The room was ok. If just for staying the night it's ok.

Had a great time here! the staff were super friendly and the venue was really nice. the food was delicious and they served it in the lobby, which was convenient. 😊

Stopped for one night on route back to England from Switzerland. For one night it's fine. Staff very helpful and polite. Restaurant functional and price okay. Room okay for a stopover. Would staff again when passing.

airconditioning in the rooms could have been better

The central location was perfect, with Wok Tao restaurant just a 15-min walk away, which was a great dining option.

The hotel staff was really friendly and willing to make your stay pleasant. Very good restaurant although a bit expensive.

The rooms were quite small, a bit claustrophobic feeling.

Right spot at the right price to overnight.

Couldn't get dinner, keycard didn't work, staff really couldn't be bothered whether you stayed or not!

The room was a good size and the bathroom was nice. the location was quiet and cozy, close to fields and the hills, also near Petite Venice. 🌿

Is very close to Colmar easy to park!

I don't know if the contort Plus room was according with the room that we got!!. Some Areas swimming pool spa need it to be cleaner.

The bed was comfortable. It was easy to find. The room service was fine.

The organizaton of the breakfast buffet was terrible. The first day we ran out of coffee, there was no milk, and the scrambled eggs were very runny and there was any left after 0900. The second day it was even worse. We sat down at the only table available. It was not set and there was a pile of dishes on it that sat there for an entire hour while we ate. There was no coffee. There were no eggs. The juice was all out. The staff midway through our breakfast split the room in half and we were on the side that was being closed. From that point on, we were really ignored. We were never provided silverwear and had to take pieces from other tables. Needless to say, whoever is in charge of orgainizing the breakfast did very poorly.
